Are there upfront equipment costs?
The MCCS model provides the basic machine without an upfront machine purchase. Minimum monthly charges, site installation and optional extras may apply. Your quotation sets out the full arrangement.
What does standard maintenance cover?
Standard machine maintenance forms part of the applicable equipment agreement. Operator abuse, insurance and damage outside the agreement are excluded. Ask MCCS about the conditions for optional accessory cover.
Can I monitor more than one location?
Yes. The monitoring system provides visibility of running time per site and pump, consumption, activations and equipment faults across your sites.
Is vehicle counting included?
Vehicle counting is an optional extra. It needs suitable hardware and a site inspection to confirm that it can function and report as required.
How is usage measured?
The system records actual motor running time and gun activations. The equipment includes delayed stopping after 15 seconds. MCCS will explain the applicable rates and minimum charges in your quotation.
